100Kg Anti-Burst 65cm Swiss Ball + pump

What is an Anti-Burst Swiss Ball?

Any swiss ball or exercise ball that is labeled anti-burst should also have a load rating. What it actually means is that if the ball is under a 100Kg load or less and it comes into contact with a sharp object the ball will of course deflate but at a controlled rate unlike the cheap branded balls which explode like a balloon !

An ideal partner to a a swiss ball would be a medicine ball for increased abdominal exercise and core strength.
