Solid rubber training plates with a steel 51mm hole centre (for easy loading). All of the solid rubber training plates have a diameter of 450mm with varying width (as they're solid rubber). Being the lightest, the 5kg plate is the narrowist - measuring 30mm. The coloured solid rubber training plates are offered in IWF regulation colours.
