Free Standing Punch Man (Torso) with high density foam target area and rebound spring. The Free Standing Punch Man has risen in popularity over the last few years, with particular interest from those involved in mixed martial arts, rather than boxing. Another reason, customers living in new build town houses not wanting to drill in to their walls (for a wall bracket fixing). We (GymRatZ) will always recommend the better cushioned & far cheaper punchbags in preference - the Super Impact Punchbag being our favourite - however, the Punch Man is available should you wish.
EDIT: As of 2011 we have been selling very significant quantities of the vastly superior Century BOB range of Punching Torso Dummies. Also note the Century BOB and BOB XL are virtually indestructible there is a great video of BOB XL getting punished!
