Note - Where items are returned as not required total amount refunded will be exclusive of actual shipping charge (£3.95 for postal items £7.05 for items shipped by carrier)

Wherever possible all goods are shipped on the same day, (or the following working day if carriers already collected). For Larger items this is by 24hr carrier and smaller items 1st class recorded delivery Where we are out of stock of a required item(s) we will ship as soon as stock becomes available. All goods are sent by a form of delivery that requires the goods to be signed for on delivery. All goods not deliverable will be returned to us, and will require additional payment (not subsidised) to cover cost of re-delivery. (See returned shipping costs above)

NOTE We ONLY ship goods to the registered card holder at the Registered card holder's address as held on file by your card issuing bank. Any deliveries requested to an alternative address will ONLY be made once the card holder has registered that address with their issuing bank.
