Body-Solid Doorway Chin Bar
The PUB34 doorway chinning bar by Body-Solid provides a brilliant solution to chinning at home. Just screw the supporting cups into the door frame and Robert is your father's brother. A couple of small screws each side and the frame just hooks in. Lift up and remove when not in use. Brilliant
Why is the Body-Solid PUB34 chinning frame so fantastic?
It's difficult to find anywhere in most houses where you can dangle in preparation for chinning. The problem doesn't exist when you have a Body-Solid PUB34 doorway chinning frame. Just whip it out, bang off a few sets of chins pronated and reverse grip and flip it back under the bed. Quicasy, effective.
Review: Body-Solid Chin Bar
Brilliant. There, a quick and concise review. I have had a Body-Solid PUB34 chin frame in mounted to the door frame of my office in the back of the shop for about 5 years now. Admittedly it's there more for showing customers how the bar just drops into the fixings and then pops out yet can support 16 stone of whale meat... I mean lean muscular phisique. Ahem... Anyway; for £10 more than a tub of protein it really is the perfect complement to a home gym tight on space.

Very comfortable!Review submitted on 7th July 2010 by matt Standing proud of the door width, the curved horns provide a more comfortable standard wide-grip chin position than many commercial chin bars. Also, the angled inverted grips are at just the right distance and angle for me. Matt Bembridge |
