Rather than the Life Fitness FSBT Bicep & Tricep Machine, Body-Solid offer a more traditional bicep and tricep machine in the form of their GCBT380. Body-Solid's GCBT380 is therefore excellent value-for-money for a personal training studio or freeweights training environment. If you like the Body-Solid GCBT380, you may wish to review their other dual-use cam-series products - GCAB360 & GCEC340.
