There's not really much I (Matt) can say about the Body-Solid GFB350 – it's a flat bench. That said, as with all the Body-Solid benches, it's constructed from heavy box section and topped with dense padding (with durable upholstery). For only £99, the GFB350 is by no means a compromise for a commercial gym and a positive bargain for the home user requiring a tough flat bench for use with a rack or dumbells.
