Our Body-Solid GFI21 Flat/Incline Bench review:

The Body-Solid GFI21 bench is a beauty. It's got a small footprint, offers every angle needed for dumbell and barbell exercises, and if you like to keep your training simple and heavy then the Body-Solid GFI21 bench is the perfect match. 

No clutter around the front, no fancy attachments, no bits to break. When the Body-Solid GFI21 bench is in the flat position the pad  rests on the horizontal framework, so you just know no matter what weight you are pressing the only weak part of the equation is you and there is never any risk of the GFID21 bench complaining. 

Quite rightly  so Body-Solid have classed the GFI21 as a commercial bench and although it may not be up to the same heavy-duty industrial one-peice design of our own GymRatZ commercial equipment, for home of commercial use the Body-Solid GFI21 bench just rocks. - Pete

The quick-change safety pull-pin allows multiple angle back-pad adjustments - from flat to an exact 90-degree angle. Featuring full-length steel reinforced back and seat pads, that provide double incline adjustments, it's perfect for a variety of barbell and dumbell exercises. Due to the absence of a leg brace (as there's no decline adjustment), the Body-Soild GFI21 is not offered with the attachments available for the GFID31 or GFID71. Subsequently, if these options are important, your should review the alternate benches.

The perfect accompaniment to the Body-Solid GFI21 bench is either the Body-Solid GPR370 Multi-Press Rack or a power rack (either the PPR200 or GPR378). The GFI21 is available in the GARAGE GYM PACKAGE alongside the PPR200 Power Rack.
