Well, I'd suggest if you already have a Body-Solid GFID71 already then you're almost certainly going to have a squat rack of some sort, so if you get your quads and hamstrings toasted with your GLDA3 before doing the rest of your leg routine you'll find your legs are wasted before your lower back when you come to squats, which is great, especially if your lower back is still weakend from a deadlifting session earlier in the week.
