The Body-Solid GLM84S Lat Pulldown / Low Row is a brilliant and welcome addition to the Bodysolid range.
Identical to the plate-load GLM83 station but with the cast stack. This is a great price for a very useful station for the home gym where space may be limited. If you have a basic power rack or squat cage then the GLM84S with the 210lb weight stack should be a serious consideration, or even look at finding the extra cash for the 285lb GLM84SM version, although 210lb should be ample for most users.
