More of a pec flye than a traditional pec dec (with upholstered forearm pads), which is a good thing. The Body-Solid GPM65 Pec Dec Machine is a sensible choice for a personal training gym on a budget. With the adjustable position arms the BodySolid GPM65 is great for rear deltoid exercises too.
