Body-Solid T-Bar Row Package

A great adaptation of the "Olympic Bar wedged in the corner of the gym"method of performing T-Bar rows.

How would you benefit from using the T-Bar Row package?

To put it very simply, the Body-Solid T-Bar row package is the most space saving and economic way of getting a full-size T-Bar Row station in a restricted space. T-Bar Rows provide a fantastic exercise for the back similar to any bent over row motion.

Every dedicated T Bar Row station takes up space..... except this one. It is a 3 part package but the main part being the bar is provided by you. So when not being used for T-Bar rows, simply remove the barbell bar (Standard or Olympic) and the station becomes nothing more than a small bracket and a loose handle. No space, no effort. That's how you would benefit from one, well, that and an awesome back workout!

Review: BS-TBAR  T-Bar Row in use:

The Body-Solid T-Bar package consits of the Body-Solid TBR10 T-BAR ROW PLATFORM and the Body-Solid LBB28 LAT BLASTER BAR however one is not much use without the other so we've packaged them together to save confusion. The TBR10 can be fixed either directly to the floor with any suitable fixings (not supplied) or it can be securely clipped to any 2" box section frame work for example a power rack or smith machine frame etc.

The LBB28 Lat blaster bar has a removeable steel insert making it suitable for either a standard bar or an olympic bar (same with the TBR10) and the whole pakage is just brilliant to use. Quick to assemble and takes up no space. 

For an alternative grip position you could simply hook a Seated Row/Chin close grip cable handle under the end of the barto hit the lats. from an alternative angle.
