Books and DVD's section Here we have an ever expanding range of books and DVD's that cover everything from Fat Loss, diet and nutrition to exercise and fitness DVD's. Also because we have such a strong U.S. presence we have links to off-site purchases from the US for unique products and a section for downloadable e-books for which payment will be handled externally to our site. What you can be sure of is that only the very best material from the worlds leading authors make it to our store.
Printed Books
I've named this category printed books to differentiate between the abundance of e-books that are for sale on the web. Most downloadable "e-books" are advertised with pictures of what look like normal bound books which while e-books have their place more so with the advent of palm top PCs and e-book readers such as Kindle device which can read .pdf files once they have been converted into a compatible format, Real printed books are still where it's at for most people. Our selection is limited and a number of books are "off-site" purchase which means buying direct from the publisher as it's more cost effective than us importing and re-distributing. These items will be very obvious though.

DVD store
Here we have a selection of DVD's and products that include DVD's as part of a fitness or training package. We've not really spent a lot of time looking for DVD's over the years as it has always been an area covered by the likes of Amazon and Play.com however now there are some great DVDs to be found and while the DVD stores are diluting there trust by becoming just another e-bay for vendors to sell through we may as well try and track down what we believe to be useful, informative and of course, motivating fitness DVD's and bring them to our store......

E-Books
E-books and downloads are a great way to get a wide range of information from all types of authors and in a form you can carry around in your e-book reader or as is often the case, the downloaded form can be converted to be compatible with products such as Kindle e-book reader or can be viewed on a desktop pc or mac etc.
