Free Standing Punch Bags
Free-standing Punchbags. Significant benefits from a space saving perspective and when formed into a more unique human form such as Century BOB the freestanding punchbag can offer lots of great training advantages.
The benefits of a free-standing punch-bag are offset against the increased cost compared to a traditional bag and chains mounted to the wall.
There is something very satisfactory about sinking a powerful and penetrating punch deep into a traditional punch bag. This is something a free-standing punch bag will never be able to replicate, as such a free-standing bag should be seen as a beneficial addition to, rather than a direct replacement for a traditional bag. Where space or available mounting surfaces restrict the option of a "hanging" punch-bag then a high quality free-standing option is almost worth it's weight in gold.

If you have a punch bag or speed ball or are looking for ways of hanging a bag we have everything you will need to get you sorted. Ceiling hooks, and wall brackets chains and shock load springs, speed ball frames and self standing punch bag frames, you will also find the correct chain sets linked from the relevant punch bags to ensure if your bag needs a 6 hook chain set you don't buy a 5 hook chain. We even have wall brackets with chinning frames built in.
