Century Sparring BOB
A trimmed down BOB for home-use so, cheaper and smaller. Still benefiting from plastisol "skin" and filled with high-density urethane foam, Sparring BOB presents a life-like body opponent bag.
NOTE: BOB is priced here at an INTERNET ONLY price. For a shop purchase (in store) the price is as displayed pre-discount (list price!). If you want the Internet price you MUST BUY ON-LINE and take delivery at your home address. There is no exception to this rule.
Fully adjustable height and a tough base that can be filled with DRY sand or water. When fully weighted, it's fairly easy to tilt and roll bob to another position in the room, while giving an extremely stable bag that will resist hard hits.
Although cheaper, GymRatZ recommend the BOB XL in preference to Sparring BOB. Please review BOB XL and watch the video accompanied.
IMPORTANT: This item is for DOMESTIC "sparring" use ONLY it is not designed for grabbing or grappling etc. It should only be used for light/semi contact target practice using hand and foot pads.
