Plate load leg stations are great, some better than others, but one thing is guaranteed, a heavy duty commercial leg press will be the centre peice of every gym. In this section we have a variety of plate load leg stations ranging from the popular to pretty obscure. Legs as a body part make up a huge percentage of the bodys muscle mass, as such there are lots of exercises and gym equipment designed to provide variety and work the legs as a whole ( Leg Press etc) of in isolation.

Plate Load Back Machines
Commercial plate load stations for back exercises. Like legs, the back muscles need to be worked through various exercises and ranges of movement. With this in mind, we have a selection of back exercise machines to cover all requirements. From the hard core heavy duty gym through to the fitness studio or leisure centre there are plate load machines that will provide a great variety of exercises and workouts.

Plate Load Chest/Shoulder
Plate Load chest or shoulder machines are the commercial gym equivalent to the home gym leverage system. Often referred to as iso. (isolation) stations typically come in individual workout stations for either chest or shoulders compared to the selectorised chest/shoulder combination machine which regularly provides adjustment ranges to cover both exercises.
The nature of plate load machines is usually that they are fairly simple in design and operation, however Hammer Strength for example have managed to retain the simple movement with a slightly more complicated look to their plate load stations.

Plate Load Arm Machines
Plate Load Arm Stations are pretty thin on the ground, not just in the commercial gym equipment sector, but in the home gym market as well. For this reason, we will include plate load grip strength machines too.
The majority of arm strength stations tend to be under the selectorised stations however, with the ever increasing prices of cast iron and weights it stands to reason that plate load machines may well become more popular as the cost of cast weight stacks rocket in price.
We'll add more plate load arm stations as we come across them providing the quality and functionality passes our selection standards.
