Digital Reciever to allow utilisation of Heart Rate control features of Water Rower Workout Monitor

The System displays the the Heart Rate in lieu of the stroke rate for 7 second in 10. It also allows your to set the Heart Rate zones, an audible and visual signal is produced when you are outside the zones limits.

Heartrate zone setting features include;

Input the heartrate upper limit and heartrate lower limit. An audible and visual signal is produced when you are outside the zones limits.

Input age, resting heartrate and select one of three exercise objectives (Fat Burn, Aerobic and Maximal). The WaterRower Series III monitor calculates your training heartrate and sets upper and lower limits (+/- 10 beats). You may adjust the upper and lower limits manually if you wish. An audible and visual signal is produced when you are outside the zones limits.
