Redo Swiss Balls are aimed at heavier resistance exercises and are constructed from a thicker grade material. They have a significantly higher load factor than the power ball.

The Redo Swiss balls are superb for performing crunches and other abdominal exercises, the same as the Power ball, but with the added security afforded by increased strength when performing heavier resistance exercise such as bench press, shoulder press, concentration curls and all the other exercise you might perform on a regular bench.

Also great for partner exercise and more "Dynamic" movements.

NOTE. The initial inflated size is about 10 cm smaller than the final size. This is due to the construction material becoming more "elastic" with use. The final "broken in" size will be the size purchased.
