Lets be honest, Spin Bikes were and are a fantastic introduction to the fitness market, X Bikes take things that little bit further - allowing you to sprint (off rd style) when required for greater intensity.

The commercial bikes are ideal for personal training or small to large size classes. Although allowing for great intensity, the X-Bike is for universal use and a good instructor should be able to manage a class similarly to managing a spin session with, of course, a little twist.
