Realistcally there isn't much new to say about Grow+ Hardcore that wasn't said about the original version called Lean Grow Extreme one of the main differences is the addition of Waxy Maize as one of the sources of carbohydrates. Waxy Maize forms part of what Sci-MX now call their Cross-Action^TM Carbohydrates - low GI energy providing carbohydrate blend with waxy maize.

Grow+ is basically a high protein meal replacement powder giving you a bit more in the way of vitamins and minerals along with the calorie/energy boost of a low GI carbohydrate. If you are looking to add a high quality all-round protein powder and a few extra calories into your diet (which you need if you want to put on muscle mass and you are maintaining your lean body weight on your current food intake) then this is a great supplement to take.
