Information about the GymRatZ Glute Ham Bench:
Probably our most well-known product, the GymRatZ Glute Ham Bench was the first in the UK after a request from London Irish R.F.C. to make one (see image with green framework). Since, we've supplied many more top flight rugby clubs, including Harlequins.
The design's pretty much remained unchanged in 6 years (if it's not broke, don't fix it) but we now offer a wider variety of dome choices - roller pads, half moon, split dome - to suit your requirements. Upon special request we've also made the Glute/ Ham Bench taller (so you can incorporate a row) and fitted them with hooks for power band training. Please call me (Matt) for prices on these different options (or, for that matter, any other adjustments you'd like).
IMPORTANT NOTES: All GymRatZ Gym Equipment comes as standard with black upholstery and white, silver, or black frame. Other colours are available on request for an additional charge - please call for details and costings. All GymRatZ Gym Equipment is made to order and subsequently each order regarded as a special order. This means that lead times will vary and we request genuine orders and enquiries only. The GymRatZ Glute Ham Bench can be sent on a pallet as one unit (whole).
