Information about the GymRatZ Glute Ham Bench:
Probably our most well-known product, the GymRatZ Glute Ham Bench was the first in the UK after a request from London Irish R.F.C. to make one (see image with green framework). Since, we've supplied many more top flight rugby clubs, including Harlequins.
The design's pretty much remained unchanged in 6 years (if it's not broke, don't fix it) but we now offer a wider variety of dome choices - roller pads, half moon, split dome - to suit your requirements. Upon special request we've also made the Glute/ Ham Bench taller (so you can incorporate a row) and fitted them with hooks for power band training. Please call me (Matt) for prices on these different options (or, for that matter, any other adjustments you'd like).

- FRAME: Black, Gun Metal, Clear Coat, Rhino Grey, WG Red, Red, Orange, Blue, Yellow, White
- UPHOLSTRY: Black, Grey, WG Red, Bright Red, Orange, Blue, Mulberry, Cappuccino, Green, Yellow.
- STITCHING: Black, Dark Grey, Grey, Bright Red, Orange, Dark Blue, Light Blue, Fawn, Green, Yellow, White.
In our experience, unless you specifically want 3 different colours for frame, upholstry and stitching we find using a stitching colour to closely match the frame colour (where possible) produces a particularly good effect; example being orange frame and black upholstry with orange stitching. Stunning comes to mind but any combination of the above isn't a problem.
Please also note that "gun metal" covers a very wide range of colours and our gun-matel is much closer to black than grey.

Typical Lead Time for Commercial "Made to order" items is around 4 to 6 weeks average depending on seasonal fluctuations.

Excellent Glute Ham Raise!Review submitted on 14th February 2012 by Progressive Training Systems Absolutely top notch piece of kit. We got ours in our colours of black and yellow, and it looks amazing! The bench itself is extremely sturdy, gives full confidence when doing all movements on it.
