GymRatZ GRowler (Prowler) Pushing Sled
New to the GR (GymRatZ Range), the GRowler Pushing Sled (Prowler) is a must for rugby clubs and strength athletes alike, weather & space permitting. Made without compromise, the whole GRowler is welded, ensuring it's as tough as you are!
Based on the popular American Prowler, the GRowler Pushing Sled allows pushing from a variety of different heights and angles or pulled with straps/rope (not supplied) via one of the 3 front eyes (see image).
What's it like to use? I (Matt) would compare this to having to push a car when it's broken down, it's a seriously intense workout for your quads! Ideal for any strength or power athletes, particularly Rugby forwards.
Update: for ease of transport we can now offer the Growler (Prowler) with removable uprights which are still just as functional but obviously have a "non-welded feel" to them. Just select either Growler Fixed or Removabe uprights in the options box on purchase.

The Prowler Rules!Review submitted on 14th February 2012 by Progressive Training Systems Excellent, heavy duty sturdy bit of kit! We have two at our gym and they get used all day every day, sometimes stacked upwards of 400kg and they are doing fine!
