The preacher pad's adjustable to allow for universal use and is angled perfectly to really blast your biceps. The upholstery's thick and durable and the framework constructed from heavy gauge steel. Unlike a seated preacher curl it's very difficult to cheat the weight up on a standing preacher curl.
