Loyalty Points
Some purchases made through our web site will be awarded loyalty points at a variable rate. The range of products with points has reduced significantly over the years due to ever dwindling margins and the absolute requirement to remain competively priced in the market place.
The products that accrue points are clearly highlighted with a big red flash bar above the indicated product price highlighting the number of points and their actual monetary value but this is now predominantly limited to non-trade price supplements with the exception of some older product ranges that have the points left on from when they were first added to the website back in 2008 although these will be removed as they come to our attention.
Where applicable points will appear in your on-line account which can be converted into discount vouchers redeemable against future purchases from the web site. We reserve the right to exclude products from the Loyalty Points Scheme. Where a product is excluded from the scheme details will be clearly displayed (by the absence of red points flash bar and relative points value)
Loyalty points have a 4 week period from date of original purchase before they are validated to coincide with the 30 day returns policy as part of the distance selling regulation to reduce the possibility of accidental or deliberate misuse.
Some products may be awarded a greater quantity of points depending on what promotions we are running. These will be very clearly indicated so you don't miss out on any special deals.
Other than for use against further purchases from our store or redemption for vouchers, points accumulated will have no independent nor reimbursible value monetary or other, are non-transferable and only valid for use with the account used for original purchase.
Accounts that remain inactivate for any 12 month period will be deleted along with any un-used points associated with that account.
