Probably not. I begrudge paying a goodly sum of hard earned for something which has a very high percentage of cheap ingredients (Dextrose). I think I tried GH Kick when it very first arrived into the supplement market a few years back, but don't remember any significant effects. Possibly why I haven't used it since. But don't let one persons view of a supplement sway you. You will only ever know what works for you by trying it. Just the once.
