Google might have mis-led you into thinking Promax Crsp Bars are a protein bar but at only 6 grams of protein per bar we can't really suggest these bars as a valuable source of protein. They are like eating a bag of Quavers instead of a bag of crisps... something of nothing. A true protein bar has at least 20g of protein minimum and at least make you feel like you have eaten something all be it with a greater calorific content.
