Packed 12 bars to a box Promax Crisp Bars can't really be classed as a protein bar or a meal replacement bar but are more of a snack bar perhaps for anyone on a diet wanting something to munch on between regular meals. Being made of crispy rice "Rice Crispies" Promax Crisp Bars are very light in physical weight and on calories with just 84 kcal per bar. There is just over 6g protein per bar which is why they can't be classed as a protein bar as such. 

Having had a box open in the shop when Promax Crisp Bars first came on the market I can say that if you are looking for a snack bar to keep away the hunger between meals then one bar won't do the trick and you'll be reaching for a second and even a third bar which defeats the purpose of them.

My advice would be to have one as a "treat" with a cup of tea or coffee to replace the office biscuits, as the chocolate coating gives Promax Crisp Bars an element of "naughtiness" without a big calorie hit.
