Maximuscle Viper Active is used for pre-workout, during workout and post workout or sporting event Maximuscle Viper mixes well tastes great and offers a great source of carbohydrates, electrolytes and Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's) for energy and recovery also more recently formulated as a stimulant version called Maximuscle Viper Extreme which is the same great carbohydrate powder as Viper but with added kick from stimulants found in Maximuscle Viper Capsules.

Yes. I have in the past used Maximuscle Viper Active Powder. Not specifically for endurance recovery or energy, but mixing a scoop or 2 with a serving of protein and perhaps a scoop of creatine monohydrate makes a brilliant post-workout shake to replace glycogen and assist creatine uptake.

Maximuscle Recommended use for Viper Active Powder:
Pre-workout boost: mix 1.5 scoops (75g) of Viper Active Powder in 500ml (approx 1 pint) of water in a water bottle or shaker. Sip over 60 minutes and stop drinking all fluids 20 minutes before training.
During training (Isotonic): Mix 1 scoop (approx 50g) Maximuscle Viper powder in 500ml (approx 1 pint) of water in a water bottle or shaker. Sip during training, cycling, running, competing, etc...
After training (Hypertonic): Mix 2 scoops (100g) Maximuscle Viper powder in 500ml (approx 1 pint) of water in a water bottle or shaker. Drink within 15 - 20 minutes after training.
