Shipping

Once you've completed your order on our secure server it is shipped to any destination by a recorded delivery service.
This is either via our carrier or by Royal Mail depending on destination.

Please also note, we now offer FREE delivery on Bodysolid equipment (Mainland UK) although we still have to charge for cost of delivery of cast iron (weights) and bars etc.

N.I, I-O-M, I-O-W orders less than 1Kg total weight (inc. packing) FREE
N.I, I-O-M, I-O-W orders 1Kg to 6Kg total weight (inc. packing) £7.95
N.I, I-O-M, I-O-W orders 6Kg to 30Kg total weight (inc. packing) £11.95

International - Orders up to 500g total weight (inc. packaging) £6.95
International - Orders over 500g total weight (inc. packaging) Confirmed by e-mail prior to processing.

Special Note - ALL orders are shipped by a method that requires a signature on delivery. If there is no-one available to sign for the goods, they WILL NOT be left un-signed for. Failure to deliver and subsequent return of goods to Gym Ratz will result in additional payment to be made for re-delivery. Orders cancelled after despatch from Gym Ratz will incur a re-stocking fee currently at 15% of order value to cover administration and re-packing expenses.
