Reflex One Stop Extreme Trade

It's been a while since we added any new Reflex Nutrition supplements to our site, but now Reflex have a new version of their original all-in-one supplement "one stop" and called it "One Stop Extreme" and it only comes in proper sized bags.
Is it any good though, Read our initial One Stop Extreme Review below:

So, it seems the current (2011) trend for supplement naming goes along the "extreme" and "hard-core" route, Maximuscle screwed up in my opinion by NOT following this rationale when they introduced Progain Extreme. I suggested it would have had a much bigger take-up if they had called it Cyclone Extreme as that's pretty much what it is, a higher calorie version of Cyclone. So Sci-MX dropped in with their higher calorie and up-rated version of their Cyclone clone (Omni-MX) called Omni-MX Hardcore which, nutritionally is brilliant and out-selling both Cyclone, Onmi-MX and One-Stop by a huge margin...
So, will One Stop Extreme jump in? I think it stands a good chance.

Why? well, it's going back to the basics of a good supplement, that being keeping the ingredients limited to long time tested and proven ingredients served in real amounts. You can't expect to gain muscle mass by taking a skimpy servings. The more calories in a serving, the bigger the serving MUST be. Combine carbohydrates with a real serving of protein then add stuff like creatine etc and you soon realize it takes a big old tub or bag to give you enough servings to last a month.

This is one reason supplements like One Stop Extreme "work" because you have a 145g serving giving you a big slug of a blend of proteins, 5g of quality creatine monohydrate, low GI carbohydrates and 570 kcal.

How would I suggest using One Stop Extreme ?

I'd suggest 2 servings on training days and one serving on non-training days. If you gain weight easily then I would suggest either dropping the serving size down by one scoop (from 4/5 scoops down to 3 scoops)  or going to a lower calorie product like regular One Stop or the extremely popular Onmi-MX (regular not Hardcore version)

Unfortunately we haven't tried One Stop Extreme for taste yet but it's been getting great reviews from current users.
