Body-Solid's GPR370 Multi-Press Rack is, in many ways, superior to the ever-popular power racks, due to the gun-rack - meaning you can rack the barbell wherever necessary without adjustment. Also, Body-Solids GPR370 rack features adjustable safetys for confident training. The leg developer and preacher curl attachments, for the GFID71 bench included in this POWER GYM PACKAGE add yet more versatility to your training.

The major benefit of the POWER GYM PACKAGE, compared to the COMPLETE GYM PACKAGE or PROFESSIONAL GYM PACKAGE is if you have restricted height in your premises (such as your garage) as the POWER GYM PACKAGE stands just 74" high.

So, what are the downsides?

You're able to get the great high/ low pulley system to attach to the power racks, whereas there's no such attachment for the multi-press rack. You can purchase a lat attachment for the bench, but it's not quite the same. Therefore, in this respect, the Body-Solid GPR370 is a compromise.

Our new improved package includes the awesome MantaRay squat device , which makes squats much safer (by taking the weight of the bar away from the spine, distributing the load evenly across the traps. and shoulders). Also, the Manta Ray helps to ensure correct posture while performing barbell squats. All of which will help maximise safe and efficient leg development.
