Fairly new kid on the supplement block this one. Well, not strictly true as Coleus Forskohlii sold as a supplement under the brand name Forslean received a "best new product" 2001 at some American show or other, who knows just what this means, but in my mind it doesn't give much weight to the product as it's claim as a "weight management" supplement.

Likewise Guggul Lipid, seems to have been used to help lower cholesterol and a host of other things, but I personally don't feel putting this supplement under a "fat burner" heading is the best place to put it.

Nevertheless, due to UK "herbal supplement" laws, no claims as to the the use or function of a herbal supplement can be made, so Reflex can only tell you what the supplement consists of and not give any claim as to non-clinically proven effects.

All I can really say is do a bit of Internet research as to the traditional uses of the main ingredients and decide for yourself.

It's not what I would grab as a first choice to help weight loss, but it doesn't have the same side effects of some of the stronger stimulant based fat burners.

Packed in 90 capsules per pot the recommended dose is 1 capsule twice a day but I personally am all for taking a little bit more of these sort of traditional ancient herbal medicines.
