GymRatZ Reflex Instant Mass Review:

Time to update the very old information we had in our previous review of Reflex Instant Mass weight gainer as it's been around for a few years now in it's present form, but Reflex Instant Mass still holds a unique position in the market so it's well worth a notable mention.

When Reflex Nutrition re-launched their Instant Mass weight gain formula, the traditional carbohydrate source Maltodextrin was taken out of the equation and replaced with a balance of organic oats and barley. A brave step to take, but one that seems to have paid off as it's still a key part of the ingredients.

Protein and carbohydrate values are pretty much as per most other weight gainers coming in at close to 50/50 protein to carbohydrate. Calorie content depends on serving size as with other weight gain supplements as protein and carbohydrates both have a calorific value of 4 kcal per gram.

The only thing we advise customers is there is a very slightly "Oaty" taste to the product, but many of our customers wisely have porridge oats for breakfast this shouldn't be an influencing factor unless you really hate the taste of oats.

Directions for use:
