GymRatZ Reflex One Stop All-In-One Protein Review:

Maximuscle Cyclone the original All-In-One supplement stood un-challenged for many years then a few manufacturers dipped their toes in the all-in-one waters to try and grab a bit of the action. Reflex Nutrition stepped in with Reflex One Stop which is essentially a protein and carbohydrate supplement with Creatine and multi-vitamins and minerals added.

Coming in at a better price point than Cyclone we though All-In-One might make a dent in Maximuscle Cyclones sales, but this doesn't seem to have happened. Is it the fact that Reflex One Stop "appears" to be missing some key ingredients such as HMB although One Stop includes L-Leucine which is claimed to have more scientific research backing it compared to HMB.

The true cyclone attacker has come in the form of Sci-MX and Omni-MX which has everything offered by Cyclone and extra vaue for money.

So it seems we can rule out Reflex One Stop as a direct competitor to Maximuscle Cyclone, and put it into a a protein/carbohydrate/vitamin supplement. So if you are looking for a ready made protein that includes Creatine Monohydrate and an abundance of vitamins and minerals then One Stop hits the mark. Ready mixed for convienience and ease of use. A great supplement but there needs to be a serious re-direction in the marketing for it to become a Cyclone killer.
