OK, so is it any good? well it's an alternative, and contains egg, casein and whey in identical proportions, so if you are a fan of egg protein, and like variety in your protein sources then as a protein with a slower release of amino acids Peptide Fusion is a great solution.

On the taste side of things, as with all reflex protein supplements the taste is not over-sweet nor over powering the only unusual trait is the texture which I put down to the high egg white percentage. In the mouth, Reflex Peptide Fusion has a mildly "bitty" feel; not gritty nor rough, just slightly "bitty" rather than creamy, but it's still quite plesant but not a protein I personally felt the urge to go back to.
