What's the score with Reflex Sida Cordifolia Complex? you may ask, well Sida Cordifola is a source of ephedra alkaloids as is Ma-Huang so it is a long established herb for weight loss. However, we are not allowed to say or imply any such information about any "herbal supplements" or any claimed usage which is why Reflex just tell you what's in the product and give you a very low suggested dosage all to keep within the legal restrictions that allow them to keep manufacturing the product.

What I can say is that the original suggested dose (before all the legal restrictions came in) was 2 capsules twice to 3 times a day.  I personally have used this dose but changed to 3 capsules twice a day because I found having 3 servings got too close to the end of the day and often hampered sleep pattens.
