Gym RatZ Reflex Zinc Matrix Review:
ZMA or Zinc and Magnesium has pretty much become as standard a supplement as Creatine or Glutamine and in it's basic formula gets great feedback.
In my previous review of Reflex Zinc Matrix I noted that although some users noticed a greater depth of sleep after taking Zinc Matrix or other ZMA formulas I had not noticed any such effects. More recently though having used ZMA more frequently I too have noticed a much deeper sleep with a much quicker "drop-off" time. This is great for getting the maximum benefit from limited sleep time, but don't overdo it or you may find yourself sleeping through the morning alarm!
Both myself and Matt regularly use ZMA in one form or another so whichever brand you go for you're onto a winner.

Zinc Matrix Directions for use:
