Returns Policy
Returns and Exchanges All goods may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full product refund excluding cost of delivery. Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement, must have a returns number issued by GymRatZ and will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee unless the reason for return is manufacture defect. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure goods return undamaged and in a re-saleable condition. Adequate insurance cover should be taken out in case of goods returning damaged or un-saleable. Should goods return damaged, the returnee should claim for cost of goods from their carrier.
NOTE: Supplements, nutrition and tanning products cannot be returned or refunded as the possibility of product contamination cannot be eliminated, neither is supplement taste a reason for return, which is why we try and give as complete a review as possible.
