Returns/Cancellation Policy

Returns and Exchanges - All goods may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full product refund excluding cost of delivery. Commercial and custom made equipment exclusions apply. Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement, must have a valid returns number issued by GymRatZ and will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee unless the reason for return is manufacture defect. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure goods return undamaged and in a re-saleable condition and all costs for return will be met by the purchaser, any shortfall in return costs will be charged to customer as per DSR. Adequate insurance cover should be taken out in case of goods returning damaged or un-saleable. Should goods return damaged, the returnee should claim for cost of goods from their carrier.

NOTE: Supplements, nutrition and tanning products cannot be returned or refunded as the possibility of product contamination cannot be eliminated, neither is supplement taste a reason for return, which is why we try and give as complete a review as possible.

All GymRatZ Commercial Gym Equipment is made to order and to customers individual specification including frame and upholstry colours; as such once manufacture is underway items can not be cancelled and are not subject to refund under Office of Fair Trading Distance Selling Regulations DSRs. Q:Customer wants to return a custom-made item, the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs) seem to indicate that customers have a lot of cancellation rights. Can our customers cancel their orders even though they are made to their personal specifications?
A: No, your customer will not have cancellation rights under the DSRs because the goods are custom-made.
