The SCIFIT REX is like much of the SCIFIT range  Self Powered, in other words no power supply required making it an extremely versatile exercise machine.

With a comfortable low-profile seat back rest the torso is supported but not restricted which allows full recruitment of core muscles. The seat can be replaced with an optional rotating seat (including foot straps) which can swivel through 90 degrees to the left or right making easy access for elderly or users of restricted flexibility.

The SCIFIT REX Recumbent Elliptical Features the unique Tele-Rail® system to create a silky smooth slowing and transition at each end of the range.

Like the SCIFIT ISO7000R recumbent bike, this recumbent elliptical also features bi-directional operation (forward + reverse) resistance. Bi-directional resistance helps create balance between reciprocal muscle groups (pushing and pulling)
