GRS-5 Protein System Ingredients List: (Chocolate)
Whey protein concentrate*, calcium caseinate*, soy protein isolate, cocoa powder, fructose, MCT-oil, stabiliser: cellulose gum, rice starch, egg albumin, flavouring, whey protein isolate*, calcium* (from natural milk source), magnesium oxide, Aminogen®, phosphorus, ascorbic acid, lactase enzymes, sweetener: sucralose, niacin, d-alpha tocopherol, d-calcium-pantothenate, pyridoxine-5-phosphate, riboflavin, thiamin mononitrate, biotin, retinol, folic acid, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin. *sources of lactose and milk protein.
Recommended Use:
Add two heaped scoops to 300ml of cold water. Using a blender or hand held shaker, mix for 30 seconds. For maximum enjoyment and flavour, allow to settle for around 45 seconds after mixing. Have 2-3 servings daily. Servings may be halved.
