What can we say.. Sci-MX Pure Protein was one of our best selling protein powders in the shop. Sci-MX have re-named this delicious protein to GRS-5 Protein System and added an new element (enzyme) called "Aminogen" which is claimed to increase amino acid levels available from the protein. Claimed to be clinically proven and patented, Personally I reserve judgement. All said, if you are after a delicious shake for general protein replacement then GRS-5 Protein System from Sci-MX hits the spot. If you want a straight forward, quich release protein with a low carb and fat content then go for Sci-MX 100% Whey Protein.

Sci-MX GRS-5 Recommended Use:

Add two heaped scoops to 300ml of cold water. Using a blender or hand held shaker, mix for 30 seconds. For maximum enjoyment and flavour, allow to settle for around 45 seconds after mixing. Have 2-3 servings daily. Servings may be halved.
