Mix 1 level scoop into 300 to 400 ml of cold water (one serving) Take one serving 20 -30 minutes before training and another serving as soon as possible after training. Insulin stability and creatine transport:

Sci-MX unique Crea-Forté creatine blend (14g of creatine monohydrate, creatine ethyl ester and tri-creatine malate) is rapidly absorbed through the stomach wall and enters the blood stream.
