Recommended Sci-MX Recovery Fuel Use:
** (To be updated on reciept of revised directions not available at time of adding this text) (original product details as follows): Add two level scoops (95g) to 300 – 400 ml of cool water (depending on taste preference) and shake or stir vigorously. Allow to settle for a few minutes before consuming.
During event/training: (Not updated to new formula yet) Premix with water in a water bottle or hydration pack and sip continuously throughout the duration of the event or training session. Have approximately one serving per hour of intense event or training.
Post-event recovery: (Not updated to new formula yet) Have one serving per 1 hour of training or event duration afterwards, to help with recovery. Try to drink the first serving as quickly as possible after the event or training, and sip further servings over a period of 15 - 30 minutes.
Hydration and warm weather: During an event or training, always avoid becoming thirsty by ensuring that fluids are taken continuously. Extra water must be consumed in addition to Recovery Fuel especially during warm weather.
