Sci-MX Shred-X Hardcore Trade

So here's our new Sci-MX Shred-X review: To start with, most products aimed at fat loss (often incorrectly called Fat Burners) contain a combination of  quite a small selection of ingredients. Almost always based around CNS (Central Nervous System) stimulants and other herbs and sometimes spices which typically raise body temperature through their actions. Shred-X hapilly falls into this tried and tested formula which is as good as it gets without overstepping the bounds of what can legally be sold and marketed as a nutritional supplement.
Ephedra and (ephedrine) was the "golden" ingredient in days gone by and available from herbal supplements that contain Sida Cordifolia or Mahuang however ever tightening restrictions have all but stopped this remarkable herb from being sold. The alternative to this as used by the industry is Synephrine sourced from Bitter Orange Peel which has been found to elevate resting metabolic rate along with appetite suppression when combined with caffeine (guarana).
The adition of Cayenne Pepper Extract also increases thermogenic effect of Shred-X so all in all Shred-X has a great list of known effective ingredients which would put it right at the top of my own list of choice dietary supplements. (I personally might go for 3 capsules twice a day but manufacturers guidelines are 2 capsules twice a day)

Recommended Shred-X use:

Take 2 capsules with 200ml of water up to twice per day on an empty stomach. Combine with a calorie controlled, low-fat diet and a sensible exercise programme.
