Full set of Olympic Solid Rubber Bumper Plates - 5kg (pr), 10kg (pr), 15kg (pr), 20kg (pr), 25kg (pr). 150kg total weight. Our solid rubber training plates have a steel 51mm hole centre (for easy loading) and have a diameter of 450mm with varying widths, as they're solid rubber (please see images). The coloured solid rubber training plates increments are offered in IWF regulation colours.
