Standard 6ft Bar
The Standard 6ft Bar is superb for most simple freeweight lifts, however, for use with a 46" wide bench or rack, you'll require the standard 7ft bar.
Something else to consider, if performing explosive lifts (clean and press, half cleans etc), you should look at the benefit of the free-revolving ends featured on an olympic bar.
Standard 6ft Bar is suitable for use with Standard Weights & Standard Collars only. Standard Bars & Collars sold separately.
