Please note: Pro Kettlebells are exempt from exchanges/ refunds/ replacements. They are cast iron kettlebells which are then coated in putty and painted black, giving a smooth finish, but also making them susceptible to chipping if they receive knocks and/ or impact. Please consider this before making your purchase.

Women New to strength training should start with a 4Kg Kettlebell
Fit Women (excl athletes) from 8Kg -12Kg
Men New to strength training should start with 8 - 12Kg
Fit Males used to Strength Training 12Kg - 16Kg
Athletes & Weight Trainers 20 - 24Kg
Elite Weight Trainers 28 - 48kg
Strongmen 52 - 64kg
