USN's Recommended Use:
Take 2 capsules 3 times per day. After one week of use, increase weights during
weight training and decrease repetitions as muscle anabolism increases. Ensure
that you have warmed up and stretched sufficiently before engaging in weight
training as increased strength could result in muscle injury. Have at least
three full days of rest from weight training per week to maximise enhanced anabolic
drive that occurs during rest and sleep while using this product. Use continuously
