We do not offer credit accounts as this would require 3 credit references from suppliers with whom you already have a credit account history, in which case you wouldn't need us anyway.

ALL orders must make the minimum £150 order value before delivery costs. (£6.95 for orders between £150 and £250 with orders over £250 receiving FREE DELIVERY)

Payment can be made by debit card i.e. Visa Debit, Switch or Maestro and Mastercard / Visa. or by cash deposit or bank transfer.

Goods will ONLY be dispatched to the registered card holder at the registered card holder's address as confirmed by the card issuing bank. Delivery can be made to any alternative address providing full payment has been made by cleared funds i.e. Bank transfer or cash deposit into our account.

NOTE - If you provide us with the incorrect billing address we reserve the right not to ship any goods and will issue a full refund to the same card on or before the 30th day after payment was received. There are NO exceptions to these payment and delivery conditions although we reserve the right to be more lenient as the mood takes us.

NOTE - Minimum order value must exceed £150 excluding delivery (if applicable) i.e. £150 worth of goods in basket before proceeding to checkout. (Yes we have to keep saying it as some folks must just be too busy to notice it at the top of EVERY SINGLE PAGE in this sub-store)

NOTE WELL - If no one is available to receive goods on day of delivery and re-delivery is not arranged causing goods to be returned as being un-deliverable the return costs will be taken from any refund given (if order is cancelled) or added to full re-delivery cost currently this charge is £20 with an additional £6.95 for re-delivery regardless of order value.
