NOTE* Use of Hotmail e-mail addresses may delay or prevent shipment of order due to fraudulent use and frequently non-deliverable Hotmail accounts.
Returns and Refunds
NOTE - We can not offer refunds on supplements and supplemental products due to the nature of the product.
ALL goods must be inspected BEFORE signing carriers delivery note. ALL damages must be noted on carriers delivery documents as no refund or replacement can be given to any shipments signed as "recieved in good condition" or "Not checked"
Shipping Policy
Wherever possible all goods are shipped on the same, or the following working day from order being placed. Where we are out of stock of a required item(s) we will ship as soon as stock becomes available.
All goods are sent by a form of delivery that requires the goods to be signed for on delivery. All goods not deliverable will be returned to us, and will require additional payment (not subsidised) to cover cost of re-delivery.
Once goods have been signed for, and payment has been recieved by Gym Ratz, the goods become the property of the purchaser and any damages not noted on the carriers delivery note prior to signing will not be compensated for. it is the PURCHASERS RESPONSIBILLITY to check ALL goods for damage BEFORE signing for and accepting goods.
